The framework was divided into the following lots:

1. HR/Employment/Payroll/Health and safety
2. Housing Litigation and Housing management
3. Treasury, Finance and Contracts
4. Property, Development and Building Safety
5. Governance

The successful firms were:

• Anthony Collins (lots 1, 3, 5)
• Bevan Brittan (1, 2, 3, 5)
• Blake Morgan (2)
• Browne Jacobson (4)
• Devonshires (1, 3, 4, 5)
• Freeths (4)
• Shakespeare Martineau (1, 2, 3, 4)
• Trowers & Hamlins (1, 2, 3, 5)
• Weightmans (2, 4, 5)

Midland Heart has 35,000 homes across 51 local authorities.
