Birmingham to seek legal advice on city centre development

Birmingham City Council’s property arm is to seek legal advice in relation to a city centre development scheme.
Birmingham Property Services said the contract would be for a period of two years with the option to extend for a further one year “subject to funding being available and progress with mediation”.
The closing date is 17 August 2018. The contract will commence on 28 August 2018 and end on 28 August 2020.
