Peabody fires gun on procurement of £54m legal services framework

The framework is to be divided into the following lots:

1. Asset Management and Property
2. Development and Construction
3. Corporate, Commercial and Governance
4. Corporate Finance and Treasury
5. Residential Conveyancing
6. Care Services
7. Disrepair Legal Services

The framework is scheduled to run from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030.

The award criteria are qualitative (weighting: 60%), price (30%) and social value (10%).

Peabody is responsible for 109,000 homes across London and the home counties.
