Plymouth Community Homes has appointed three firms to a £1m framework agreement for legal services.
PCH became the largest single housing association in the South West after Plymouth City Council transferred its homes on 20 November 2009.
The relatively new housing association owns and manages approximately 15,000 homes across Plymouth.
The successful law firms – Trowers & Hamlins, Devonshires and Cobbetts – will advise on employment, procurement and governance as well as provide support to PCH’s in-house legal team. The agreement will last for four years.
Eight bids were made for the work, with the selection criteria including management of quality and demonstrated performance, relevant experience and pricing.
