Structure
This course comprises of six modules which are delivered over 4 days, delivered once a week from 9:30am to 4:30pm. The course concludes with an online assessment which must be completed within thirty days.
Please note this course requires some knowledge of the UK GDPR. If you do not have this, we recommend you attend our one day GDPR workshop before booking.
Module 1
AI Foundations and Key Concepts
- Explain AI concepts, including technologies, applications, and key milestones in its evolution.
Module 2
AI Risks, Consequences, and Ethical Considerations
- Identify real-world examples of AI risks and demonstrate an understanding of their legal and ethical dimensions.
Module 3
Legal Challenges for AI Deployment
- Overcome legal challenges including privacy, copyright, discrimination, product liability etc.
Module 4
The UK and EU's Regulatory Approach
- Examine the ever changing regulatory landscape understanding implications for high-risk AI systems and compliance requirements.
Module 5
Privacy and Data Protection Implications of AI
- Mitigate the privacy risks associated with AI deployment, with a focus on GDPR compliance and safeguarding personal data.
