The Welsh Provider Selection Regime
The Regulations are envisaged to come into force on 24th February 2025 – the same day as the Procurement Act 2023 – and will introduce a new, standalone regime for the procurement of health services on behalf of the NHS in Wales. This new regime follows the introduction of the Provider Selection Regime in England in January 2024.
