A zero sum game?

Universities procurement body to procure £25m legal services framework

The London Universities Purchasing Consortium (LUPC) has given notice of its intention to procure its next multi-provider framework agreement for the provision of legal services in England and Wales.

Lots under the framework provide for legal services such as: property/estates; human resources/employment; dispute resolution; governance; commercial; and, student matters. It will provide for a full-service lot.

The estimated date of publication of the contract notice is to 7 February 2025. The framework agreement is estimated to commence in June 2025.

An online supplier engagement meeting is to be held on 16 January 2025.

The framework will be available to the members of LUPC and other consortia such as HEPCW, NEUPC, NWUPC, and SUPC with an option to include CPC.

Members include higher education, further education, schools, the wider public sector and not for profit institutions.
