Winckworth Sherwood promotes education and infrastructure specialists to partner

Law firm Winckworth Sherwood has promoted Theresa Kerr in Education and Jane Wakeham in Parliamentary to partner, effective from 6 April.

Kerr leads the firm’s School Support Service advising all types of schools on a range of issues including exclusions and admissions, employment, data protection, freedom of information, company law, governance and contracts.

“The team are currently very busy dealing with a number of implications for schools of COVID-19,” Winckworth Sherwood said.

Wakeham focuses on the promotion of infrastructure projects, advising on all aspects of promotions by Hybrid and Private Bill, Transport and Works Act Order, Harbour Order and Development Consent Order.
