Staff Appeals Committees can be some of the most challenging committees to advise upon. This course is designed to navigate you through the process as the legal advisor to the committee, identify some of the common mistakes committees make and enable you to manage the process to ensure that decisions made are lawful and robust.

Coupled with examples and case studies along with the practicalities of the law and process, you will get the opportunity to discuss worked examples, understand the purpose of the committee and how it fits into your organisation. This course is designed for advisors at all levels and touches upon the law, conflicts and decision-making.
