This will be formed of short sessions covering the latest developments in:

• The regulation of sewage overflows
• Habitats protection under Article 6 of the Habitats Directive after Harris v EA [2022] EWHC 2264 (Admin)
• Biodiversity net gain
• Environmental targets under the Environment Act 2021
• Interesting recent case law
