Following the success of the launch of the 39 Essex Chambers’ Fire Law Group last week, and due to demand, the speakers will now be re-running this presentation as a webinar.

In Part 1 of the series, Shaman Kapoor, David Sawtell, Samantha Jones, Scarlett Milligan and Daniel Laking will examine the critical areas where the BSA 2022 and the FSA 2021 will have the most impact to the construction, property damage and health and safety sectors and explore how to manage expectations and exposure to liability and costs.
