Legal & Governance Manager becomes fee-paid judge in Employment Tribunal

The Legal & Governance Manager at Rugby Borough Council, Sarah Chapman, is to join the Employment Tribunal as a Fee-Paid Judge.

Chapman said: “This appointment would not have been possible without the opportunities I have had to develop a broad range of skills since joining Rugby Borough Council and the continual support of my colleagues, friends and family.”

Chapman joined Rugby Borough Council in February 2019.

She previously held roles at law firms Pinsent Masons and Clifford Chance.
