The ERA – Benefits and Working Conditions
Catrin Mills and David Leach provide an overview of the key changes within the Employment Rights Act to workplace benefits and working conditions.
They will explore the updated approach to flexible working requests, changes to paternity provisions, and what organisations need to know about harmonising terms and conditions in public contracts under TUPE. The session will also touch on adjustments to statutory sick pay and outline the potential implications these reforms may have on payroll processes.
Catrin Mills is a Partner and David Leach is a Senior Associate at Sharpe Pritchard LLP.
