We take a revolutionary approach to planning enforcement, employing planning experts and solicitors, working side by side to provide a seamless and streamlined service for our clients. We believe that thorough investigation of facts and policy leads to legally sound notices which can be successfully defended at appeal, prosecution and judicial review.
We tailor our support and services to meet our clients’ requirements – from providing additional resource to in-house planning teams, to providing a fully outsourced planning enforcement package. We can provide expert planning and legal advice and our team can act as planning witnesses, solicitors and advocates.
With considerable expertise in local government, third sector and business, our team can deliver quick and cost-effective results. Our understanding of planning enforcement, coupled with our extensive legal skills, mean that local authorities can rely on us to resolve even the most complex planning enforcement cases. We have a high success rate at appeal and are able to deal with case management from start to finish, freeing up officer time for other matters.
Clients can also take advantage of our fixed fee arrangement, providing certainty that the appropriate enforcement action is carried out efficiently – and cost-effectively.
