Leading regulatory crime barrister joins 2 Hare Court

Richard Heller, an established figure in trading standards and food safety work, has joined leading set of chambers, 2 Hare Court.

Heller, who was called to the Bar in 1998, is well-known for acting in regulatory crime matters and has appeared for both the prosecution and defence in a number of high-profile cases.

In addition to being on the A List of Specialist Regulatory Advocates in Health and Safety and Environmental Law, Heller also has extensive experience as a planning enforcement barrister.
