Hempsons bolsters Regulatory, Crime and Professional Discipline team with Eastwoods merger

Health and social care law firm Hempsons is to merge with Eastwoods which specialises in defending professionals.

The nine-strong Eastwoods team will join the Hempsons London office on 27 January 2020.

The firm has experience defending regulatory, disciplinary, criminal, clinical negligence and personal injury cases, as well as in employment claims, sports law, judicial review, appeals and representation at inquests.

Hempsons has a prominent clinical negligence and health and social care law reputation across the NHS, private and charitable sectors, as well as itself being a leading player in the defence of regulatory and professional discipline matters for medical and dental practitioners nationwide.
