Law firm wins £600K contract to advise Leeds on major regeneration scheme

Leeds City Council has awarded a £600,000 contract to law firm Squire Patton Boggs to advise on a major regeneration project.

The contract covering the Holbeck, Leeds South Bank scheme runs from 4 January 2016 to 3 January 2019.

Proposals for the regeneration of Leeds South Bank include a new city centre park, educational facilities and improved infrastructure to add to the amenities and attractions already on offer.

Leeds South Bank covers more than 130 hectares. It has been selected as the location for the new HS2 station.
