Housing group names 13 firms to £200m legal services framework

Hyde Housing Association has named 13 law firms to a legal services framework worth up to an estimated £200m.

The association has divided the framework into the following lots:

  • Lot 1: Governance, Corporate, Regulatory and Statutory Advice
  • Lot 2: Treasury and finance
  • Lot 3: Securitisation
  • Lot 4a: Housing management
  • Lot 4b: Home ownership and asset management
  • Lot 5a: Property legal services
  • Lot 5b: Development and construction
  • Lot 5c: Commercial and property litigation
  • Lot 6: Employment, TUPE and pensions
  • Lot 7: Contracts, commercial, procurement, health and safety

The successful firms were:

  • Anthony Collins Solicitors (Lots 4b, 5a, 7)
  • Batchelors (4a, 5a, 5b, 5c)
  • Bevan Brittan (5a, 5b, 6)
  • Capsticks (1, 3, 4a, 4b, 5b, 5c, 6, 7)
  • Clarke Willmott (3, 4a, 5a, 5b, 5c, 7)
  • Devonshires (1, 2, 3, 4a, 5a, 5b, 7)
  • Lewis Silkin (5b)
  • Pinsent Masons (5b)
  • Sharratts (5a, 5b)
  • TLT (5a, 5b)
  • Trowers & Hamlins (1, 2, 3, 4a, 5a, 5b, 5c, 6, 7)
  • Walker Morris (4b)
  • Winckworth Sherwood (1, 5a, 5b)

The framework will be made available for social housing providers including registered providers, local authorities and ALMOs.

Hyde Group has around 50,000 homes in management in London and the South East of England.
