SW housing association sets up second, £800k framework agreement

Plymouth Community Homes has launched a second tender for a legal services framework agreement, worth up to £800,000 on this occasion.
This agreement will cover development, governance, finance and procurement support and last four years.
Earlier this month the housing association named four law firms – Tozers; Capsticks; Bond Dickinson; and Ashfords – to a £600,000 framework agreement covering housing management, employment and corporate support.
For the second agreement, it envisages a maximum number of three participants.
PCH owns and manages more than 15,000 homes in the city.
