NPPF 2026: An Initial Look at the New National Planning Policy Framework - Landmark Chambers

The Government has today (17 August 2026) published a new version of the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF).

On Thursday 3 September, Landmark will host an "initial look" webinar examining the changes introduced following the consultation. Landmark is uniquely placed to examine what the new NPPF means in practice, drawing on its market-leading planning expertise and the direct experience of barristers who advised on the new Framework. This will be followed by a series of webinars taking a closer look at emerging themes as the NPPF beds in, including transport, housing, renewable energy and plan-making.
