New National Scheme of Delegation - FTB

This webinar will explain, with expert insight, how the new National Scheme of Delegation will work in practice and the implications for both local authorities and those with applications awaiting determination. It will offer a practical overview of the Scheme of Delegation and discuss the considerations to be considered when deciding, for example, if a Schedule 2 application should go to Planning Committee. It is essential for both (a) officers tasked with implementing and explaining the new Scheme of Delegation and (2) those whose applications are likely to be affected.
