Rachel works in the successful Securitisation Team advising Registered Providers on a range of financial arrangements including bond issues, private placements and revolving credit facilities ranging from £1 million to £500 million. Rachel also acts for a number of Registered Providers in the release and substitution of security, the re-allocation of security, and obtaining uplift in value of ex-LSVT stock.

Scott acts for social housing providers (RPs and RSLs) on the security aspect relating to bond issues, EMTN programmes, private placements, sustainability-linked lending, syndicated and bilateral loans. In addition to dealing with the security documentation, Scott also advises on security aspects within facility/loan agreements working closing with our Banking Team.
