28 May 2020 is the tenth anniversary of the first attempt to revoke Regional Strategies, now replaced by the duty to co-operate. Peter Village QC, Rosie Scott and Katherine Barnes therefore take this opportunity to take stock of the law on local plans, to include discussion of recent developments in this important field.
