Our expert speaker will explain the new terms including “entity data” and “event data”, the “serious crime” threshold and when it applies, the role of OCDA and IPCO. Reference will also be made to the new Communications Data Codes of Practice (November 2018) and the role of the National Anti-Fraud Network (NAFN).
