Bevan Brittan hires property specialist Rowe for Bristol office

Bevan Brittan has appointed Tim Rowe as a partner in its property practice, based in the firm’s Bristol office.

Rowe joins from TLT Solicitors where he was a partner. He specialises in commercial property with a particular emphasis on large-scale development projects for landowners, and has acted on a number of nationally recognised mixed-use development projects.

His biggest client is the Canal & River Trust (the former British Waterways Board) for whom he has acted for many years. He also has a number of significant instructions for the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and a range of other public and private sector clients.

Mark Calverley, head of property at Bevan Brittan, said: “I am delighted that Tim is joining us. We are expanding our practice as demand for advice on property developments and transactions grows. His extensive experience will add to the strength and depth of our team.”

Rowe said: “I am very pleased to be joining Bevan Brittan. They have a strong reputation in the marketplace and are a firm with clear ambition for growth. There is a clear synergy between my practice and that of this firm.”
