University looks for legal advisers to support development of masterplan

The University of Portsmouth is looking to appoint legal advisers to provide support for the development of the delivery strategy for its masterplan.

The masterplan for the university's estate will cover all aspects including academic, administrative and student facilities and will include student housing.

“It will have our students' experience at its heart and will be flexible to enable us to respond to changing needs and opportunities,” the University of Portsmouth said.

The appointed legal advisors will be expected to work alongside financial advisors appointed by the university to identify the types and sources of financial support necessary to support the development and implementation of the masterplan.

Between five and eight suppliers are expected to be shortlisted for the appointment.
