Leading public law barrister on Northern Circuit joins 39 Essex Chambers

A leading public law barrister on the Northern Circuit, Adam Fullwood, has joined 39 Essex Chambers.

Fullwood’s practice covers public and administrative law, regulatory and disciplinary, care standards, education, human rights law, mental capacity and mental health, Court of Protection, public procurement and local government.

He is a member of the Attorney General’s regional panel, the Treasury Solicitor’s Freedom of Information panel and the Equality and Human Rights Commission Panel of Counsel.

Fullwood began his career at Garden Court and joined Kings Chambers in Manchester as a tenant in 2009.

He will be practising from 39 Essex Chambers with immediate effect, from both Manchester and London.
