Large London housing association to set up four-year legal services panels

Notting Hill Housing Trust, one of London’s largest housing associations, is to set up a panel of solicitors to provide legal services across the whole of its group.

The framework will be split into the following lots:

• Development services;
• Sales and purchases;
• Resident services;
• Corporate and governance;
• Treasury and finance;
• Employment and safety.

NHHT said the framework lots would called off “from as-and-when legal services are required”.

The contract is expected to run from 15 December 2014 to 14 December 2018.

NHHT manages more than 28,000 properties.
